3DVR applied system
This is an immersive video system developed by Taisei Corporation that uses a head-mounted display to allow users to operate heavy machinery from a remote location as if they were actually on board.
The Entaniya Fisheye is used in this system.
Minister Ishii of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) experiences the presence-based video system.
Mr. Ishii, Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, visited Tokyo Gate Bridge, Tokyo Danchi Reizo, Nichirei Logistics Kanto Tokyo Logistics Center and Higashi Ogishima-Mizue-cho Line of Kawasaki Port Waterfront Road.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) has posted a report on how he experienced the “T-iROBO Remote Viewer,” a head-mounted display-based immersive video system using the Entaniya Fisheye HAL200 used at the facilities.
